When Diana did her teacher training in Nosara with Page in 2016, she was really curious about Pilates, and her intention was to understand and learn more about the technique to just improve her personal practice. She really had no intention of teaching or even opening a studio. But as soon as Diana finished the training, her whole perspective changed, and she started teaching Pilates at a gym and at home. In 2017, she moved to Granada, Spain, to finish her Master’s in Sports Psychology, and thanks to the excellent training with Page and Balanced Body, it was very easy to get work in several Pilates studios while she finished studying. In 2019, Diana opened her own Pilates studio in Granada, and in 2023, she had the opportunity to become an educator for Balanced Body and start doing Balanced Body Teacher training at her studio.
