Hayden became obsessed with Pilates during the pandemic. One night, her group of friends had dinner, and they were getting a bit ambitious, so they all picked one thing that they wanted to accomplish in the next year. Needless to say, her word for word was, “I was going to quit my job and teach a person Pilates class to a room full of people.”
Fast forward to six months, and she quite literally quit her job and was searching for some direction. Hayden looked at Pilates teacher training everywhere, but they were all very expensive, and she did not have a job. She was discussing with a friend of hers and her friend just reminded her of that dinner and the promise she made to herself. It was then that Hayden took a chunk of money from her savings and booked her training. This training turned out really well as Hayden got what was literally the last spot on Pilates Nosara teacher training back in May 2022, and it was those two weeks that changed her life for good.
