Pilates Nosara is a Nosara, Costa Rica studio created by Page Sieffert who is the innovative force behind this special magical place. I went on a fabulous retreat there and participated in both mat and equipment-based classes. Page and her team provide a variety of excellent Pilates and stretch classes where you come out both feeling and knowing more about your body than when you arrived
