One year ago today, I started my teacher training on the reformer at Pilates Nosara and had the privilege of working with Page. She is a passionate, knowledgeable, and wise instructor who made the classes both challenging and fun. Her understanding of our bodies and movement is impressive, and I remain inspired by her. I am home teaching classes, loving every moment
