I spent the most magical 5 weeks with Page in Nosara completing all mat, reformer, and apparatus trainings. I had signed up on a whim, only a month before it began, without doing much research, and it was one of the best decisions I could’ve ever made! The community, support, and knowledge I gained in that short time has impacted my life more than I could have imagined. I am now managing and working at Groove Pilates in Montecito, California and think about my time in Costa Rica daily.
