Nosara is located closer to Liberia Airport than San Jose International Airport. We advise students to fly into Liberia and take a taxi for convenience and to save time. A shuttle/taxi from Liberia takes approximately 90 minutes. If students decide to fly into San Jose, it will then be necessary to fly down to Nosara via Nature Air or take a shuttle. Pilates Nosara is located at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort. Address: Bodhi Street, Nosara 50206, Costa Rica.

Please sign up for the course early so you can receive your manuals on time and bring them with you. All manuals need to be purchased online via the Balanced Body website.
• Students living in the United States should receive their manuals by post, which they will then need to bring with them to the training.
• Students living outside the US will also need to purchase the manuals online, but they will receive their manuals upon arrival at Pilates Nosara.

Pilates Nosara offers courses that are intensive with time to achieve your desired practice, observation, and teaching hours. After completing the course, you will still have hours to apply to take your final test. You can complete these additional hours at our studio for a small fee or at any studio of your choice. Once you complete the course, you will receive a certificate for course completion, but for that, you will have to test out and apply with Balanced Body. You can test out at Pilates Nosara for a fee of $250 or at any alternative locations listed on the Balanced Body website. After the final exam is completed, to maintain their pilates certification in good standing, students will have to complete 16 hours of continuing education every 2 years and send documentation to Balanced Body.

The 2-week Intensive Training includes accommodation at Blue Spirit. For all other training, if not online, we suggest the below-given pilates places as they are all nice and within walking distance of our pilates studio and the beach:
