To reserve your retreat at Pilates Nosara studio, you have to pay a 50 percent deposit fee on your entire projected rental at least two months before paying in full. Email us to get the voucher. If you want to cancel, you will be refunded your deposit of less than 50 percent in fees a month before the reservation. However, if you cancel within a month, you will not get a refund. Here is a breakdown of the rates per hour:
Pilates Mat Class available. We can fit 20 students in our space, leaving you to charge for what you like per student. Included in the rental fee are the use of our mats and all props.
Studio rental This includes full use of the studio and all equipment.
Private equipment rental You are welcome to rent the equipment to teach a Pilates Private while another person uses another machine.
This is available three times during the week
Playa Guiones is located 2.5 hours from Liberia Airport (closest) and 5-6 hours driving from San Jose. This means that you can travel by several means. You can fly into San Jose International Airport (SJO) or Liberia International Airport (LIR). Once you arrive in Nosara, you do not need a car if you plan on doing activities locally. Here are a few ways to get to Pilates, Nosara, and Playa Guiones.

Transportation From Liberia Airport
Rent a car (Toyota or National)
Drive from Liberia Airport into Nosara, you can leave the car in Nosara.
Transportation From San Jose INTL Airport
Rent a car (Toyota or National)
Drive from San Jose International Airport into Nosara, and you can leave the car there. Add you must have your own insurance, and you would be responsible for your clients well being
Plane
There is a flight from SJO that will take you to Nosara. It takes approximately 40 minutes and can be arranged through Fly Sansa. Please be advised that there are restrictions on luggage with smaller airlines.
