In our one-week mentorship, you will be given unlimited observation hours, which will be subject to client approval and availability. In addition, the below is included:

• 3 mat classes per week
• 3 reformer classes per week
• 2 hours of self-practice per day
• Practice teaching for 2 hours per day
• 5 one-hour private sessions with the mentor of your choice during the week
• Choose from one of the workshops listed below. The workshop will occur during one of the sessions with the mentor

You can use it as a question and answer, a private, teaching the mentor, or having the mentor observe you teaching a client and giving feedback mentorship.

After completing your first week, and with approval from the Mentor Instructor, you may continue observation and practice teaching independently for $300 per week.

Access to the studio is contingent on studio agreement and compliance with all studio guidelines.
