Pilates In-Person Mentorship

Our Pilates mentorship program in Nosara, Costa Rica, offers hands-on learning experiences to help you thrive as a teacher. You will get to learn from expert instructors, gain confidence, and sharpen your teaching skills to lead classes that truly make a difference. We offer personalized guidance and a chance to explore different parts of Pilates and practice in a mesmerizing tropical setting. Whether you are a fresh graduate or a seasoned teacher, this mentorship will kickstart your career.

One Week Mentorship: $910

In our one-week mentorship, you will be given unlimited observation hours, which will be subject to client approval and availability. In addition, the below is included:

2 mat classes per week
3 reformer classes per week
2 hours of self-practice per day
Practice teaching for 2 hours per day
1-hour session 5 days a week
Choose from one of the workshops listed below. The workshop will occur during one of the sessions with the mentor

You can use it as a question and answer, a private, teaching the mentor, or having the mentor observe you teaching a client and giving feedback mentorship.

Practice teach should have a green check by it and be just above additional hours with a mentor

Additional Workshops

* This is only available after completion of the mentorship program.

Additional hours with a mentor can be booked at $110 per hour and can be used for question and answer, private lessons, teaching the mentor, etc.
Additional 2-hour workshops can be booked for $250 each. The workshops must be chosen and booked at least 1 week prior to the workshop session. Choose from the menu listed below.
