In just two weeks, this comprehensive training covers Movement Principles, Mat 1, 2, and 3.
Please note: Anatomy is a prerequisite, which can be completed online before the training begins.

The Training covers the following courses:

All four courses must be booked together.
We do not allow drop-ins for individual sessions.
You must attend the full two weeks of training and stay on-site at Blue Spirit.

Spend two weeks immersed in the Balanced Body Teacher Training in beautiful Costa Rica.

Attendance is mandatory for certification. If you arrive late, miss the first class, or are absent from any part of the training, you will not meet the required hours to pass the program. No exceptions.

Airfare and transportation to Nosara

Accommodation at Blue Spirit Retreat Center

This two-week retreat training is held at the Blue Spirit Retreat Center in Nosara, Costa Rica.

All trainees stay on-site to fully immerse in the learning environment and community.

Choose from the room options below based on your comfort and budget. If you book a shared room, we will pair you with a same-sex student.

Your stay includes:

3 organic vegetarian meals per day (with fish served 3x per week)
Full access to all Blue Spirit facilities, including:
- Salt-water infinity pool
- Less than 5 minutes’ walk to the beach
- Spa & Longevity Services (additional cost)
- Juice bar (additional cost)

NATURE SUITE WITH A/C

NATURE SUITE WITH A/C – KING BED, Private Room
Total $4,175 per person

Nature Suites are spacious, cozy, and located on a hillside amid the surrounding jungle and gardens, a short walk to the main building (reception, dining-hall, etc.)
They are beautifully designed natural wood frame structures, with solar hot water, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an en suite full bathroom with an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle.
Each Suite includes a daybed, a dedicated workspace area, and a safety box large enough to fit a 17 laptop computer.
The rooms come equipped with towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, so there’s no need to bring these items for your stay. A hair dryer can be borrowed at reception for your stay.

NATURE SUITE WITH A/C – TWO TWIN BEDS, Shared Room
Total $3,155

Nature Suites are spacious, cozy, and located on a hillside amid the surrounding jungle and gardens, a short walk to the main building (reception, dining-hall, etc.).
They are beautifully designed natural wood frame structures, with solar hot water, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an en suite full bathroom with an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle.
Each Suite sleeps two people (two twin size beds) and includes a daybed, a dedicated workspace area, and a safety box large enough to fit a 17 laptop computer.
The rooms come equipped with towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, so there’s no need to bring these items for your stay. Please note that we don’t provide beach towels, only for the pool but they can be purchased at our Gift Shop. A hair dryer can be borrowed at reception for your stay.

The Hermitage Rooms are located in the main building, reachable by stairs. The rooms feature a little desk, full en suite bathroom with solar hot water, air conditioning, and overhead fan. This room option can be booked with a queen-sized bed, specifically designed for singles, providing privacy and elegance, while being budget-friendly. Also available with two twin beds, the perfect option if you are traveling with a friend.

HERMITAGE SINGLE ROOM WITH A/C – QUEEN BED ONLY
Total $3,615

The Hermitage Rooms are located in the main building, reachable by stairs. The rooms feature a little desk, full en suite bathroom with solar hot water, air conditioning, and overhead fan.
This room can only be booked with a queen-sized bed only, specifically designed for singles or a couple, providing privacy and elegance, while being budget-friendly.
The rooms come equipped with towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, so there’s no need to bring these items for your stay. . A hair dryer can be borrowed at reception for your stay.

This room can only be booked with two twin beds, the perfect option if you are traveling with a friend.

THE ECO-COTTAGES

The Eco-Cottages are a 5-minute hike away via a stone stairway from Blue Spirit’s main building (reception, dining-hall, etc.) and situated in lush vegetation, allowing for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. Each Eco-Cottage consists of a natural wood frame structure that houses two twin beds and a full yet compact ensuite bathroom with an ambient temperature shower. There are screens for natural ventilation, an overhead ceiling fan, mosquito nets, electric outlet(s), and a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer.

ECO COTTAGE WITH NO A/C – TWO TWIN BEDS ONLY, Private Room Total $2,375

The Eco-Cottages are a 5-minute hike away via a stone stairway from Blue Spirit’s main building (reception, dining-hall, etc.) and situated in lush vegetation, allowing for a close personal experience with nature.
Each Eco-Cottage consists of a natural wood frame structure that houses two twin beds and a full yet compact en-suite bathroom with an ambient temperature shower.
There are screens on the windows for natural ventilation, an overhead ceiling fan, electric outlet(s), and a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer.

PLATFORM TENT

Our glamping wall-style Tents are surrounded by nature and a 5-minute hike away via a stone stairway from Blue Spirit’s main building (reception, dining hall, etc.). Each Tent features a queen-sized regular platform bed, electric outlet(s), a pedestal fan, and is placed on a platform that is covered by a wooden roof to protect against sun and rain. A few steps away guests will find a bathhouse that features two different wings (women & men) with each featuring several sinks, showers, and toilets. All linen, pillows, and towels are provided and guests can bring valuables to be stored in the safety box at Reception at no charge.

PLATFORM TENT WITH NO A/C – QUEEN BED ONLY, Private Room Total $1,815

AIRPORT

Liberia is the closest international airport, approximately 2.5 hours drive from Nosara, and San Jose is approximately a 5 hour drive from Nosara.

TRANSPORTATION

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations 6 months prior to the start date, 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations 3 months prior to the start date, receive a full refund minus $1,000.
Cancellations less than 3 months prior to start date and there is NO refund NO exceptions Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

No one books a training with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance (see below) and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the training, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the training. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel trainings with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Pilates Nosara will be
